Therapy is a profound journey of self-discovery. Taking the first step to find a counselor is a courageous move toward healing. This may be your first time to start therapy or you may be starting again. Investing in therapy is a worthwhile commitment to yourself.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, need help understanding life’s complexities, or want to improve your well-being, I believe you are ready for change.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my primary focus and training is for individuals 18 years and older involving:

  • Trauma
  • PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder)
  • Loss
  • Domestic violence
  • Sexual assault
  • Suicide (including attempts, loss, or family history)
  • Relationship concerns
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-worth/confidence

Know that you're not alone. Together, we can cultivate a therapeutic connection to help you through these challenges and work towards healing. You deserve a safe space to explore your feelings and navigate toward a direction that leads you to your best self. I am here to support you every step of the way.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be fully or partially covered. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your plan's coverage for therapy services.

I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Can I receive reimbursement if my therapist is out-of-network?
